Return & Exchange Procedure :

* You may return the item to our warehouse using any courier service of your choice.

* For added convenience, TEYSA can arrange a pickup on your behalf (pickup charges apply).

* Once the product is received, our team will verify its condition. After successful verification, your replacement product or the requested size will be shipped with your consent.

* Requests for replacement must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.

* Please note: Refunds are not available - only exchange or replacements are offered.

* Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

Though we carefully inspect each item before dispatch, in the rare event you receive a defective product , please contact us immediately. TEYSA will promptly arrange an exchange.
